Legendary Items.

Here are the basics for Legendary Items within LoME.
At level 40:
Any item will be made at +8 with the following adds:
+5 ( or combinations there of) to any Stat
+4 to Univeral saves OR +8 to any ONE save ( your choice)
+20 to Resists ( +20 to 1, or + 5 to 4, or +10 to 2, etc. Get the idea?)
+15 to Skills ( +15 to 1, + 5 to 3, etc. Get the idea? )
Damage Reduction +5 / 25
Spell Resistrance 32%
Freedom of Movement allowed.
Spell like abilities: NO EPIC SPELLS on Legendary items.
3 - 1st thru 4th level spells. ( 1 spell 3 x a day or 3 spells 1 x a day, etc)
OR
2 - 5th thru 7th level spells. ( 1 spell 2 x a day or 2 spells 1 x a day)
OR
1 - 8th thru 9th level spell. ( 1 spell 1 x a day)
Weapons :
+8 Enchantment for Melee or +8 Attack Bonus for Ranged / Gloves
+5 to Dex or Str ( Your choice)
Max Elemental Damage of 16 from 2 elementals.
( ie 2d4 of 1 and 2d4 of a 2nd = 4 - 16 elemental damage )
Keen for Melee weapons
Mighty + 8 for Ranged Weapons
Massive Crit 1 - 10 or Vamp Regen +5
Once you reach 40th level, Post here and you will be contacted by a DM about your wishes for your Legendary Item. DM's have final approval on any Legendary Item.
Obtaining a Legendary Item will be done by a DM event.
Legendary Items will be NON-Dropable.
Complain about your Legendary Item and it will be DELETED and NOT replaced. No Exceptions. Remember this is a guideline to start the creation of your item. It will still have to be approved and even edited by the dm's before going into the mod....
If you continue to play your character beyond 40th Level, a 2nd Legendary Item will be created when you earn sufficant exp for 20 more levels, ie 60th level, and every 20 levels after that you will earn another one. These will be obtained in the same manner as the 1st Legendary Item, ie a DM event , and are to be considered REWARDS for continued support to LoME.
40th level = 780, 000
60th level = 1,770,000
80th level = 3,083,000
Anyone found to be exploiting / using any cheats or bugs to gain exp will lose any and all Legendary Items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
