Troop Usage and Rules  Reply with quote

USAGE

You have 4 Types of Troops Available for your Use.
1) Local Melee
2) Local Ranged
3) Specialist Melee
4) Specialist Ranged

You purchase these in the Guild Hall. You will need a Guild Leader to give you a key for access.

Once you have Purchased them You can use them to spawn troops to your aid.

There is a 60 Second Waiting period before calling your next Troop Spawn. Doing so BEFORE you receive a Message will destroy your Troop....100 or 200 k down the drain.....pay attention!

Option 1:
You can Spawn 1 Melee and 1 Ranged to follow you around and help with all sorts of things. The type (ie. Melee) includes either Local OR Specialist (New Tech).

TROOP AI
There are three modes of AI on Troops.
Follow Mode, Defend Mode, and Destroy Mode.
- Target yourself and all your Option 1 Troops will follow you.
- Target the Ground and they will enter Defend mode.
- Target a Siege or City Gate and they will enter Destroy Mode.

Combat in the different Modes.
- In Follow Mode the AI will remain close to you and will defend you against up close personal attacks (Great for artists who like the center of a scrum).
- In Defend Mode the AI will break formation and engage the enemy at will. They can get quite spread out in the mode....careful.
- In Destroy Mode the AI will Destroy their Target but will also defend themselves if enemies come in close.

Manage your troops well and they will help you very respectively!
