Ok there is a lot written about good Role Playing but this is more or less related to the Chat channels.
Whisper
In Character you can relate secret information to a nearby character!
Talk
In Character you can say anything you want to nearby characters.
Expression comes first text comes next.
NO out of Character conversation // will Not save you from my wrath
Shout
In Character you can shout once to let the entire world know something that is important to your character or group at the moment. YES only Once. If your Name show up on two shouts in my screen I will Smite you with the Large Smiting Rod of ultimate Player Destruction
DMs will use the Shout Channel to relate conversation text that a large group of players need to know, if it doesn't apply to your character at the time, just ignore the shout.
Tell
Ok here is where your out of Character Text can go. From one player to another. Just please try to keep it to a minimum
Party
In Character Talk during a DM giving Quest — for anyone that perhaps didn't know this all DM see Party Talk and it is annoying to read stuff NOT relevant to the quest we are running. If you are in a group doing a DM quest you can use Party Channel Otherwise DO NOT
DM
Out of Character communication with a DM Use this channel to Inform of a Bug or a problem. Do not Ask if a DM is on, just type the question or problem or issue and if one is on the matter will be address
Ok I think it is clear but if you have any questions ask now or suffer the consequences later.
I am not trying to make life more difficult but just creating the kind of Role Playing atmosphere I want to see in the server. It is after all Free so that is the satisfaction I get Follow the rules you may say is the way you pay me
