Ok these are Role Playing “soft rules” rather than hardcore scripted rules…
This means that you can try cheating but if found out (and almost certainly so!), the penalty is always perma-death for your toon (meaning all your Soul Runes will be taken away from you 
)

Level 5 Harper Scouts get to access privileged information from DMs from time to time and will be able to use secret monolith to port for free.

The Devastating Critical Feat is NOT allowed

Red Dragon Disciples get a wings widget to 'fly' upon reaching level 10. Request said item from any DM online.

Halflings (Hobbits skin) Can ONLY be GOOD, except for a few which will be special rewards!
Gnomes (Goblins skin) and Half-Orcs (Orcs skin) Can ONLY be EVIL.
Once again, if anyone is caught breaking any of these Role Playing Rules, DMs have the right to Perma-Kill you on the spot; so, no excuses
