Crafting Items aside from the Internal Crafting System

Guild Item and Territory Items
A Guild Item Is a:
Weapon,
Armor,
Helmet,
Cloak,
Shield.
A Territory Item is a:
Ring,
Gloves / Bracers,
Belt,
Amulet.
Basically if you can see it, is a Guild Item, otherwise it is a territory Item
Weapon
+4 Enhancement for Melee +4 Attack Bonus for Ranged / Gloves
Damage as per weapon type
Extra Damage, one of choice (Piercing, Slashing or Bludgeoning) for 1d8
Keen for Melee or Mighty +5 for Ranged
Massive Critical (1d8 max) OR Vampire regeneration + 3
Armor
AC +4
Stat +3
Skill +10 (One Skill +10, 2 Skill +5 each, 3 Skill +3 each)
Damage Resistance +10 total
Damage Reduction +4 / 20
Saves +2 Universal or +4 Specific
Helmet
AC +4
Stat +3
Skill +10 (One Skill +10, 2 Skill +5 each, 3 Skill +3 each)
Damage Resistance (Any) 10/-
Cloak
AC +4
Stat +3
Skill +10 (One Skill +10, 2 Skill +5 each, 3 Skill +3 each)
Damage Resistance (Any) 10/-
Saving Through +2 Universal or +4 Specific
Spell Resistance Max 28%
Shields
AC +4
Damage Resistance (any) +10 total
Territory Items will be available in the local PC own Store
Belts, Rings, Globes, Amulets, Bracers
STAT +3
SKILL +10 (One Skill +10, 2 Skill +5 each, 3 Skill +3 each)
Saves +2 Universal or +4 Specific
** Bracers Only : Damage Reduction +4 / 20
ITEM CREATION COST $1,000,000 gold
Items will be created and placed in Guild / Town Stores AFTER the Creation cost is paid. If you wish the items to be in Both Stores its $1,000,000 for it to be created and placed in each location.
$500,000 gold to alter an existing Guild / Town Item
These Guild/Town Creation guidelines are subject to change with out notice. Any and all Guild Items are subject to DM / Admin approval.
Current Existing Guild items are Grandfathered in unless Altered whereby they must then conform to these guidelines.
